A New Day

Every day is a gift. The sun comes up and the sun goes down. We may not see it through stormy clouds, but it is still there, shining forth its light.

"This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."
~Psalm 118:24~

It's a new day. It's a beautiful day...and we have the choice on how we are going to spend it. We are given one day at a time, so we must choose wisely.
Our days are unknowingly numbered.

"Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."
~James 4:14~

It's a continuous process to learn how to make the best of each new day. There are triumphs, there are challenges, and there are failures...
and each outcome is perfect.

It's okay to have a bad day. It's okay to have a slow day. It's okay to not get it all done. It will soon be a new day with a new beginning. The thing that matters is that we continue forward every day and don't let the past put us down.

A bad day, doesn't equal a bad life!!

Even through the periods that are weeks, months, years long of hard, unorganized chaos..
your new day does not have to start overnight.

Slowly add on a new, simple chore before turning out the lights for a refresher the next morning.
Get those dishes done.
Run a vacuum over the living room.
                                                                      Clean off the table.
                                                                                            Sweep the laundry room.

You WILL get a new day.
